Food Service and Housekeeping Assistant


Dianne McKinley is the Food Service and Housekeeping Assistant at Camp Fire Camp El Tesoro. She has been with Camp Fire since 2012, previously in a part-time cook position before moving into her current role in 2018.  

She is responsible for supporting the Food Service Manager in menu planning, supply orders, food prep and clean up. She also is responsible for facilities cleaning following rental and school group visits.  

Prior to her role at Camp Fire, Dianne worked with Granbury ISD  for more than 12 years in foodservice and later food service management. She also holds a Learn2Serve Texas Food Manager Certification.   

She lives in Acton, Texas, and is a proud grandma to the two most amazing grandchildren.
