Fee: All at once = $516
Weekly = $94 each week for six weeks (total paid equals $570)
This course is designed for new or experienced child care directors interested in acquiring or enhancing management skills.
Upon completion of the 50-hour class, completing extended learning assignments, and passing the open notes test persons are eligible to receive the Child Care Administrator’s credential which is recognized by Texas DFPS. This credential provides the education requirement needed to be a director. There are additional requirements relating to experience and age. For more information on the specific requirements of the Texas Child Care licensing standards refer to the child care licensing minimum standards document.
