A Year in Their Shoes: A Babies First Year
Camp Fire Resource Center- North Fort Worth
Being a baby is fascinating! The first year of a baby’s life is filled with exploration and curiosity of this new reality around them. As educators, we are afforded the opportunity to guide these curious creatures as they explore exciting materials and enjoy their environment in the early childhood classroom. As babies explore, key developmental milestones emerge presenting us opportunities to develop their minds and implement various learning strategies. We’ll explore changes and growth from an infant’s point of view – including growing language, motor and social emotional skills. We’ll also review safety concerns.
