The health and safety of our students and staff member is our priority.

As we head into a new school year you can expect the following health measures at our programs:

  • Student mask requirements will mirror the school & district guidelines. Where not required, masks are strongly recommended as outlined by CDC guidelines for mask usage.
  • Students will have dedicated groups of 15 students per group.
  • Social distancing strategies will be maintained for staff and students to the extent possible in our after school spaces.
  • Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces will continue.
  • Students will continue to have dedicated materials for activities.
  • If at any time Health Departments, the CDC, state, or local guidelines warrant a change in these measures, you will be contacted with updates.
  • Please remember, children who have symptoms of infectious illness, such as influenza (flu) or COVID-19, should stay home and be referred to their healthcare provider for testing and care.
Masks

Student mask requirements will mirror the school & district guidelines. Where not required, masks are strongly recommended as outlined by the CDC guidelines.

Vaccinations

Vaccination is strongly encouraged for anyone able to access it.

Sanitation

Sanitation stations and upgraded cleaning throughout our afterschool programs.

Hygiene

Continued training and emphasis on hygiene best practices including hand washing and covering of mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

 Limit Outside Exposure

No visitors will be allowed on site, except for essential business. Parents/Guardians will remain in vehicles during pick-up and drop-off.
