Licensed Afterschool Programs in the Aledo Independent School District
Camp Fire Afterschool Programs is proud to partner with Aledo Independent School District to make the most of your child’s out of school time. Through STEM focused activities, tinker spaces and meaningful adult interaction, youth are encouraged to explore their interests in a project based approach. Additionally, each site provides homework assistance and dedicated time for outdoor exploration.
Camp Fire is my daughter’s favorite part of the day and she is always coming home singing new songs and telling me about all the different activities they did that day. The teachers are very patient and welcoming to my daughter on a daily basis. They have made her transition into Pre-k more enjoyable and easier.

I used to have my kids in other after-care programs, and I can say without doubt that Camp Fire is the best place for my kids. They simply love it. The site directors are great people. They manage the children and they respect them.

Our trained afterschool staff make the difference. Staff receive ongoing training in youth development and the Thrive methodology. This helps each child learn to thrive by allowing them to explore their personal interests, make healthy choices, develop social skills and have fun. Camp Fire programs offer an environment where youth can learn through active exploration and interaction of program staff trained to observe and engage youth to support, extend and clarify learning.
Summer and School Break Options
