Cries to Communication

Gurgles, coos and screeches are more than “just noise” it’s communication. Together we will spend the morning focused on how children develop communication. Particularly the role it plays in emotional development. We will examine in-depth the parts of the brain responsible for language development and narrow in on the crucial periods in infancy that lead to language growth. Additionally, our in-depth look will tie these critical skills to literacy and eventual language use and understanding in young children.
